Banana Bread

Ingredients:

 

3/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup margarine or butter, softened

2 Eggs

1 Cup (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas

1/3 Cup milk

1 Teaspoon vanilla

2 Cups all purpose flour

1/2 Cup chopped nuts, if desired

1 Teaspoon baking soda

1/2 Teaspoon salt

 

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350

Grease bottom of 9x5 or 8x4 inch loaf pan.

Using a Kitchen Aid style mixer cream together sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.

Add in eggs, bananas, milk, and vanilla, mix well.

Add in flour, nuts, baking soda, and salt. Mix until ingredients are moistened.

Pour into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
